This course is a big step towards developing advanced freediving skills.
The PADI Basic Freediver program includes:
- A knowledge development session led by your PADI freediving instructor
- Basic freediving skills such as static and dynamic apnea in swimming pool. Using the deep part of our swimming pool (approximately 5 meters), we explore underwater with our students to improve their diving techniques.
- Includes all rental freediving equipment.
Prerequisites
You must be 12 years of age or older to enroll in a PADI Basic Freediver course. You must have adequate swimming skills and good physical health. There is no experience requirement in snorkeling, deep diving or free diving.
Course Schedule
During our 2-day training period, after meeting with our students, we learned the basics of free diving, such as correct breathing, hyperventilation, equalization techniques, rescue skills, etc. We share our theoretical knowledge session where we explain our basic issues.
After the theoretical knowledge, we prepare for our shallow water session and share our skills with static apnea, dynamic apnea and a diver who faints in shallow water with our students and provide positive guidance for their development. Afterwards, we focus on our goal of taking our students to the next level by conducting basic studies on open water skills at a maximum depth of 5 meters.
As a result of the repetition of our theoretical training, we graduate our successful students by taking the final exam of our PADI Basic Freediver training.
Our priority during our training; An education with the safety of our students, the comfort of our students and 100% efficiency.
