As soon as our theoretical training is over, you will learn static and dynamic apnea skills in our shallow water session and master the skill of responding to a fainting diver in shallow water. Afterwards, in our 2 open water sessions, we will be with you for 3 full days with advanced equalization techniques, free fall technique, lung flexibility and diaphragm flexibility training, carbon dioxide and oxygen tables and more detailed topics.
At the end of all our sessions, we graduate and certify our students who successfully complete the final exam of our PADI Advanced Freediver training.
